My favorite Juice Recipe

Here is my recipe that I usually use while juicing – although I do tend to vary a little bit every now and then but this is the base to start from:

  • 4 Carrots (depends on the size since it varies a lot)
  • 1 Big Cucumber
  • 3 Beet Roots – helps in digestion and making the taste of vegetable juicer better
  • 1 Small piece of ginger (1 inch long) – gives a nice taste and all the health benefits
  • 2 Apples – Again makes the taste of juice better
  • 3 Stalks of Celery
  • 2 Handful of Spinach
  • (Optional) 3 Tomatoes

This combination produce 1200-1400 ml of juice and me and my husband usually have half each. I do really need Beet Root and Ginger otherwise I feel something is missing!!

Try removing beetroot and apple from the above and it is hard to gulp the juice down! In the pic below the beetroots are missing and if you can find the ginger your eyes are awesome!!
